WTM London Exhibitor List

WTM London, "the home of the world's travel trade", is a travel and tourism trade show held every November at ExCeL London and organised by RX. The next edition runs on 3–5 November 2026 at ExCeL London, London, United Kingdom. Our 2025 list covers 4,085 exhibiting companies from 135 countries. Italy accounts for the most companies (385), followed by Spain (309), United Kingdom (287), United Arab Emirates (189).

Exhibitors are tourism boards, destination management companies, tour operators, hotels, airlines and travel technology companies. The biggest group stands in 2025 were ENIT SPA (282), Visit Portugal (125), Egyptian Tourism Authority (90), Greek National Tourism Organisation (85).

We hold four WTM London exhibitor lists: 2023 (3,773 companies), 2024 (3,967 companies), 2025 (4,085 companies), 2026 (1,161 companies). Together they hold 12,986 company records, 9,833 emails and 9,296 phone numbers. Each has company name, website, country, product category, stand number, pavilion and company description, with an email or phone number for most companies. Lists are delivered instantly as Excel and CSV, individually or as a bundle.
