IBTM Americas Exhibitor List

IBTM Americas is a meetings and events trade show held every August at Centro Banamex in Mexico City and organised by RX. The next edition runs on 18–19 August 2027 at Centro Banamex, Mexico City, Mexico. Our 2026 list covers 418 exhibiting companies from 26 countries. Mexico accounts for the most companies (236), followed by Dominican Republic (35), United States (30), Colombia (22).

Exhibitors are destinations, venues, hotels, destination management companies and event service providers from the Americas. The biggest group stands in 2026 were Ministerio de Turismo de la República Dominicana (37), VISIT YUCATAN (21), INSTITUTO GUATEMALTECO DE TURISMO (20), PROCOLOMBIA (18).

We hold four IBTM Americas exhibitor lists: 2023 (411 companies), 2024 (409 companies), 2025 (368 companies), 2026 (418 companies). Together they hold 1,606 company records, 1,460 emails and 1,432 phone numbers. Each has company name, website, country, stand number, pavilion and company description, with an email or phone number for most companies. Lists are delivered instantly as Excel and CSV.
