IBTM World Exhibitor List

IBTM World is a meetings and events trade show held every November at Fira Barcelona Gran Via and organised by RX. The next edition runs on 17–19 November 2026 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, Barcelona, Spain. Our 2025 list covers 2,435 exhibiting companies from 83 countries. Spain accounts for the most companies (435), followed by Italy (123), United Kingdom (107), France (106).

Exhibitors are destinations, convention bureaux, venues, hotels, destination management companies and event service providers. The biggest group stands in 2025 were Turismo de Portugal I.P. (95), ENIT SPA (84), ATOUT FRANCE (80), German Pavilion (59).

We hold four IBTM World exhibitor lists: 2023 (2,145 companies), 2024 (2,208 companies), 2025 (2,435 companies), 2026 (833 companies). Together they hold 7,621 company records, 7,138 emails and 6,902 phone numbers. Each has company name, website, country, stand number, pavilion and company description, with an email or phone number for most companies. Lists are delivered instantly as Excel and CSV.
