ILTM North America Exhibitor List

ILTM North America is a luxury travel trade show held every autumn at Baha Mar in Nassau and organised by RX. The next edition runs on 27–30 September 2027 at Baha Mar, Nassau, Bahamas. Our 2026 list covers 547 exhibiting companies from 67 countries. The United States accounts for the most companies (195), followed by Italy (34), United Kingdom (26), Mexico (23).

Exhibitors are luxury hotels and resorts, destination management companies, tourism boards and luxury travel advisors from the Americas. The biggest group stands in 2026 were Luxury Group Marriott International (31), The Leading Hotels of the World (25), Accor Luxury & Lifestyle (20), Hilton Luxury & Lifestyle Brands (20).

We hold four ILTM North America exhibitor lists: 2023 (472 companies), 2024 (522 companies), 2025 (516 companies), 2026 (547 companies). Together they hold 2,057 company records, 2,028 emails and 1,979 phone numbers. Each has company name, website, country, pavilion and company description, with an email or phone number for most companies. Lists are delivered instantly as Excel and CSV.
