Key Responsibilities

• Search, quote, and book domestic and international flights using Amadeus (GDS) and NDC channels
• Issue, reissue, and revalidate tickets; process refunds, exchanges, and voids within airline and BSP deadlines
• Create and manage PNRs accurately — fare construction, ticketing time limits, SSRs, and special requests
• Interpret and apply fare rules, penalties, and airline conditions to avoid ADMs and revenue loss
• Work ticketing queues daily, monitor schedule changes, and proactively rebook affected passengers
• Coordinate directly with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers on bookings, waivers, and group requests
• Handle client inquiries by phone and email with clear, professional communication
• Keep booking records, commissions, and payment details accurate for finance and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ticketing/reservation agent in a travel agency, DMC, or airline environment
• Hands-on Amadeus proficiency (booking, ticketing, reissues, refunds) — not just basic search
• Practical experience with NDC content and workflows
• Solid understanding of fare rules, ticketing procedures, BSP, and ADM prevention
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure without errors
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Existing client connections or B2B relationships you can bring with you and open new booking channels for us
• IATA/ticketing certification
• Experience with a second GDS (Sabre, Galileo)
• Familiarity with B2B travel or consolidator operations
